Clients will be receiving the following upgrades:
Light Hosting Package: From 500 Megabyte storage to 1,000 Megabyte, from 6,000MB bandwidth to 10,000MB
Medium Hosting Package: From 1,000 Megabyte storage to 2,000 Megabyte, from 10,000MB bandwidth to 20,000MB
Heavy Hosting Package: From 2,000 Megabyte storage to 3,000 Megabyte, from 20,000MB to 30,000MB
We are also in the process of developing a much more user friendly client area for you to keep updated about news regarding your account, check invoices and payments and all your other important account related information.
A support ticket system has now been installed and we are currently putting together a knowledge base with useful information and guides to help you get your website off the ground and managed professionally.
All clients with PayPal subscriptions setup will need to recreate a subscription but you do not have to worry about this until you receive your next invoice which will have a button for you to complete this.
